Cheese and potato pancackes

Cheese and potato pancakes 
My new discovery... tasteful and delicate.




















"Cheese and potato pancakes"



- 250g white cheese
- 0,5 kg potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 spoon flour
- 1-2 eggs
- salt
- pepper

Peel the poptatos. Grate finely. Add cheese,  chopped onion, eggs and flour. Mix thoroughly and put aside. Fry thinnish pancakes on an oil until brown on both sides. Serve with fresh cream or cinnamon and sugar.
