Cheese tart with plums

You would struggle to find anything more suitable for an autumn afternoon than this combination of delicate ricotta and mascarpone cheese together with plums. This can't be beaten.........at least not in my kitchen.

"Cheese tart with plums"

Dough:

-1 and 2/3 glasses of wheat flour
- 60 grams of sugar
- 150grams of cold butter cut into pieces
- 1 egg
- 2 Tsp of full cream

Mix well and place in fridge for 1 hour.

Topping:

- 250 grams of mascarpone
- 300 grams of ricotta
- 160 grams of sugar
- 3 Tsp of honey
- 3 eggs
- 0,5 kg of peeled plums

Place the dough in a baking tray and bake in an oven for 20 min at 180 C.
Afterwards, while the dough is cooling, mix the cheese, honey and sugar, add the eggs and 2 Tsp of wheat flour. Spread the cheese mixture on the dough and place the plums on top. Bake for a further 30 minutes.
