Rhubarb liquor

Do you like sweet and sour taste? I do. This fresh, very good for a springtime liquor taste delicious, especially if we keep the bottle in a refrigerator...
















"Rhubarb liquor"

- 1 kg fresh rhubarb
-  glass of honey
- glass of water
- 1 l strong spirit /or vodka - we do need water in this case/


Wash rhubarb, cut into pieces, put into the jar. Mix water with a honey, add to the rhubarb. Finally add the spirit. Close the jar, put to the fridge and wait only for 1-2 weeks! ready to serve :)
