Walsh buns for breakfast

Isn't beautiful there? I've never been
to Wales... so far ;). But Gunes was with her boyfriend and they took this fantastic picture of the funny house:)

"Welsh buns"

-400g flour
- 4 dag fresh yeast/6g dry?/
-30g sugar
- 5 dag butter
- 150ml milk
- 1 egg
- some currants

Put the butter and milk in a saucepan, heat gently. Add yeast with sugar. Put flour, prepared mixture and egg into a blander. Mix well.
Form into a ball, leave in a warm place until doubled in bulk. Knead currants into a mixture.
Divide into 12 pieces and form each into a need round.
Wait another 10-15 min.
Bake until golden in a warm oven.
Serve with butter and jam.
