My teenager boy likes only very simple, not very healthy food. I try to find new dishes with "secret vitamins" inside;)
"Stilton Welsh rarebit"
- 100g stilton cheese / or other blue one/
- 20g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 spring onion sliced
- 2 spoons milk
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of bacon
In a small pan heat the butter with the spring onions for a while, leave to cool and add cheese, a yolk and milk. Mix well.
Put the mixture on a bread and cook under a preheated hot grill for about 2-3 min.
