Old-Fashioned Coffe Cake

Unfortunately I like cakes. I like to bake them and especially eat them too... This time I wanted to taste something really familiar, remanding me my childhood....

















"Old-Fashioned Coffe Cake"

- 180g butter
- 180g brown sugar
- 180g self-raising flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 spoons of a very strong coffee

Put all ingredient  to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.

Greased a tin with a butter or oil and turn the mixture into the tin. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 min, 180st C.

Cut into two pieces, spread with a wiped cream or a cornish cream. Delicious!
