"Potato pancakes"
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 spoon flour
- 1-2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
Peel the poptatos. Grate finely. Add chopped onion, eggs and flour. Mix thoroughly and put aside. Fry thinnish pancakes on an oil until brown on both sides. Serve with fresh cream.
My favorite! I wish these were made over here more often.
