Potato cutlets with mint chutney

Of course I visited slums! With a guide. We went into the private houses and places where people worked. On a street I felt smell of different dishes. The most delicious smell came from potatoes with mint sauce.

"Potato cutlets with mint chutney"

Chutney:

- 250g mint leaves
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 green chillis
- juice of 3 lemons
- salt, pepper

The cutlets:

- 2 kg potatoes boiled and mashed
- 1 tb spoon cumin seeds
- 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 3 tsp vegetable oil
- salt

Whizz the ingredients for the mint chutney in the blender and mix.

Combine the mashed potatoes with other ingredients. Shape the mixture into small cutlets. Heat oil on a pan and place potatoes into the pan. Cook from the both sides.

Serve with the chutney.
