"Tuscan style Bread"
- 500g white flour
- 2tsp dried yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 300ml warm water
In a large bowl mix the flour with sugar, salt yeast and water. Knead at least for 10 min. Let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm place covered with cling-film.
Turn out the dough onto floured surface and punch down. Divide into 2 square pieces and flatten them. Start to roll the dough loosely from one end until you have something looking like a loaf. place loafs on a baking tray covered by baking paper and wait another hour.
Preheat oven to 180 C. Use a knife to score the loafs straight down the middle.
Bake for about 20 min.
