Forest mushrooms in a cream

I am not the biggest fun of forest's mushroom. But my friend Anita knows how to prepare them in the best way...

- 1 kg fresh mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons of fresh oil
- 1 big onion, sliced
- a cup sour cream
- salt
- pepper

Wash and slice mushrooms. Fry onion lightly in the oil, add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook on a low flam mixing from time to time. Pour in cream, simmering on for a while. Serve with bread or potatoes.

Plums and cherries home-made liqueur

What to drink in the late afternoon with our guests? Coffee of course... and a nice home - made liqueurs...
Combination of plums and cherries sounds really intrigue...
Let's try to do it ;)

"Plums and cherries liqueur"

- 1 kg plums /2 pounds/
- 0,5 kg cherries
- 1 l 40-45% pure vodka
- 1 glass of honey /or sugar/
- 1 stick of vanilla

Washed plums place in a big jar. Add vodka and vanilla stick.
Place cherries in another jar and add honey.
Wait two weeks. Then gauze-filter vodka into a bowl, combining with the sirup from cherries. Mix, filter into bottles and leave for 6 months.

"My Grandmother's cheese"

I come from Poznan. People in this town do not spend money without good reason. Therefore, my grandmother's refrigerator was always neat and orderly. But what do you do with that random piece of old cheese that always ends up lying around for too long? My grandmother would make it into a nice treat. And we would have to eat it all ;)

"My Grandma cheese"

- 1 pound of fresh white cheese
- 1 yolk
- 1 big spoon of butter
- salt, pepper

Crumble the cheese into small pieces. Leave it for one, two days.. It smells badly ;).
Put butter on a pan, melt it over a fire and put the cheese made earlier on it. Wait until the cheese will be melted as well. Add a yolk, salt and pepper.
Poor melted cheese into a bowl and wait until it is cooler. If possible cool it in a fridge.
Eat with fresh bread!
